By accessing or using MailyUp (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Description of Service
MailyUp provides users with the ability to:
- Create a registered account with an email address and password.
- Generate one or more custom mailboxes.
- Receive emails in those generated mailboxes.
Eligibility
To use this Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age where required by applicable law).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and choosing a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at hello@example.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the Service.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to:

- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.
- Use any automated means to access or scrape the Service.
User Content
Emails received in your mailbox ("User Content") remain your responsibility. By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to receive and process any content delivered to your mailbox. We do not claim ownership of User Content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MailyUp and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
- Any content received through your mailbox that causes harm to others.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
